Juan-Miguel Villar Mir receives the 2012 ASICOM-University of Oviedo prize

Juan-Miguel Villar Mir has received the prize awarded by Asociación Iberoamericana de la Comunicación (ASICOM) in collaboration with the University of Oviedo, further to a proposal from Fundación Ealy Ortiz de México.
As pointed out by ASICOM, this recognition is a reward “for his exemplary personal career and his firm defense of business relations between Latin America and Spain”.
During the ASICOM 2012 Prize award event, the president of the OHL Group thanked Fundación Ealy Ortiz de México “for its deference in proposing my candidature to this prize” and Asociación Iberoamericana de la Comunicación which, along with the Univeristy of Oviedo, “have deemed me worthy of this distinction”.
