Luis Amodio, OHL’s Chairman, showed his commitment to public-private collaboration during his participation in the 4th Ibero-American Congress

Under the slogan “Transformation and Social Impact: The Best Companies for the Planet”, the 4th CEAPI Ibero-American Congress for company leaders and business families was held in Madrid on May 17 and 18, bringing together the main business leaders of Ibero-America, including Luis Amodio, OHL’s Chairman. Pedro Sánchez, President of the Spanish Government, presided over the opening ceremony, while H.M. King Felipe VI closed the congress, which analyzed the keys to the economic and social future of Ibero-America in the context of the coronavirus pandemic.

OHL’s Chairman participated in the round table entitled “Infrastructure, Cities and Sustainable Transport”, with a speech focused on the importance of infrastructure as the foundation for social welfare and the promotion of growth and development in each country. Luis Amodio also highlighted the need to request a multinational consensus among Ibero-American countries on the regulations and laws that should govern public-private partnership arrangements in the infrastructure sector.
