OHL is committed to diversity and equality

OHL is a part of the nearly 50 Spanish companies that this Wednesday, in the framework of celebration of the twentieth anniversary of the Adecco Foundation, have presented the Alliance #CEOPorLaDiversidad (CEOs for Diversity). The initiative, promoted by this entity and the CEOE, aims to serve as an engine for the development of strategies that contribute to business excellence, talent competitiveness and the reduction of inequality and exclusion in Spanish society.

OHL’s commitment to diversity is realized in various policies and regulations aimed at developing measures that favor equality without distinction of gender, race, age or ideology. We are also firm committed to the integration of socially vulnerable groups, which includes people with different abilities, victims of gender-based violence and people at risk or social exclusion, among others.
