OHL Group's line of activity has its own equality plan appropriate to an offer of services with a high human component

OHL Servicios launches its III Equality Plan, which runs until 2025

April 9, 2021

OHL Servicios has signed its III Equality Plan during a ceremony attended by its General Manager, José Antonio de Cachavera, OHL’s General Manager of Corporate Resources, Gonzalo Targhetta, OHL Servicios’ HR Director, Cristina Encinas, and the team responsible for coordinating the preparation of the document. It will be in force until March 2025.

OHL Servicios’ III Plan was created with the aim of improving on current regulatory requirements, and thus incorporates 13 areas of action and 83 measures. It should be noted that OHL Servicios has its own equality plan, appropriate to the characteristics of its activity, which is dominated by a service offering with a high human component, especially in the social, health and care sectors.

This Plan succeeds the one signed in 2016, which replaced the one launched, for the first time, in 2012. Its approval highlights OHL Servicios’ commitment to equality.

In addition, OHL Servicios’ III Equality Plan shares with OHL’s III Equality Plan, also recently signed, common mechanisms such as the Sexual Harassment Prevention Protocol. A new addition to this is the Guide for the protection and assistance of victims of gender-based violence, aimed at providing comprehensive and coordinated support from the company to female employees who are victims of gender-based violence.
