OHLA, awarded by Fundación Integra as a socially committed company

OHLA Group has been recognized by Fundación Integra as a socially committed company for having carried out, mainly through Ingesan, the head company of its Services line of activity, more than 700 hirings among vulnerable people and those at risk of social exclusion.

Most of these hires have benefited women victims of gender violence, in accordance with Ingesan’s express commitment to this group, which is continuously reflected in its equality plans.

The award ceremony took place on November 30 in Madrid during the celebration of the Foundation’s Annual Awards, which coincided with its 20th anniversary. The recognition reflects the commitment of OHLA and its subsidiary, Ingesan, to the creation of employment with equal opportunities, promoting insertion programs and supporting people who have difficulties in accessing the labor market.

 

Collaboration since 2002

OHLA has had a collaboration agreement with Fundación Integra since 2002, supporting various initiatives promoted by the organization for the employment of people with disabilities or at risk of exclusion. The main beneficiary groups are victims of gender violence, people with disabilities, women victims of prostitution, ex-prisoners, victims of narcotic substances, people over 45 and 60 years of age, and people of gypsy ethnicity, among others.
