OHLA, recognized by the Chilean Safety Association for its low accident rate

The Chilean Safety Association (ACHS) has awarded OHLA three recognitions for its commitment to occupational health and safety. The entity has recognized the company’s good management in risk control, the reduction of accident rates and the commitment to innovation in occupational risk prevention in the projects that OHLA carries out in the country.

Specifically, OHLA Chile has been awarded for its outstanding management in reducing accident rates by 20 percent by 2021. The Industrial line has received recognition for its commitment to occupational health and safety, an effort that translates into zero lost time incidents (LTI) by 2021. Finally, the OHLA AIA S.A. consortium has been distinguished for its commitment to occupational health and safety, achieving 391,000 accident-free man-hours from November 2020 to November 2021.
