The services offered include concierge, telecare, cleaning aid and personal support in the development of daily activities by specialized professionals, with the aim of maintaining an autonomous life to a high degree and for as long as possible.
The residential developments managed by OHL Servicios-Ingesan are Habitatges amb Serveis de Torre Julia; Habitatges amb Serveis de Marina, Favencia i Cibeles; Equipament Pau Casals, and Glories I and II, all at the request of the Barcelona City Council.
