OHL teaches its second executive development program at IESE this year

OHL has taught the Crece Competency Development Program in collaboration with the business school Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa (IESE). This initiative, which was held between November 13 and 15 in the Juan-Miguel Villar Mir classroom at IESE in Madrid, seeks to strengthen business competencies for decision-making and personal and professional growth.
Thirty executives of the company, from different divisions and countries (Chile, Mexico, Turkey, Spain…), have been trained for three days in business situation analysis, decision making, strategy, human resources management and obtaining results.
This is the second executive development program promoted by the company this year at IESE. The first of them, the Lidera Development Program, took place between October 23 and 25. Both programs, framed within the Strategic Plan 2015-2020 in OHL’s commitment to human capital as a fundamental lever for business success, are born with the aim of strengthening the leadership and management capacity in OHL.
