OHL Servicios awarded new contracts in Chile for over 4.2 million euro

OHL Servicios has achieved new contracts in the services sector in Chile for more than 4.2 million euro. The actions will be carried out in the areas of integral maintenance of buildings, cleaning and general services.

Accordingly, over the next three years the company will perform comprehensive maintenance tasks in a group of buildings owned by the Enel Group, in the Metropolitan Area of Santiago de Chile. The contract includes electricity, air conditioning and plumbing activities, among others.  These new actions are in addition to the cleaning and gardening services at the Clínica Universitaria Concepción hospital for a period of two years and the contract to provide services at the Clínica Chillán hospital for the next two years.

The company has also been awarded a general service contract for two years at the offices of the company Colbún, in Santiago de Chile, where it will undertake the cleaning of the spaces and their integral maintenance, among other actions.

These new contracts join others already being developed in Chile, such as the maintenance of the green areas of Chillán, San Javier and Coronel and Street Cleaning in Talca within the urban services business line. In the facilities area, the company has a contract for cleaning activities at the CRS Hospital Peñalolén and the dependencies of the Municipality of Colina; and for the maintenance and cleaning of the parking lot of the Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport, among others.
