Notice of a meeting 2013

Further to Article 6 of the General Shareholders Meeting Regulations of OBRASCON HUARTE LAIN, S.A. the Shareholders are hereby informed that the next Ordinary General Meeting of the Company is scheduled for 12 May 2014, at 12:00 hrs. at first call, and on 13 May 2014, at the same time and place, at second call, at Hotel Meliá Castilla, Capitán Haya 43, Madrid.

The Ordinary General Meeting is expected to be held at first call.

Over the next few days, this call will be officially announced.
