Welcome to the OHLA Internal Irregularity Reporting System

The OHLA Group, in compliance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, derived from the Transposition of Directive EU 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019, makes its Internal Irregularity Reporting System available to its employees and stakeholders so that they can:

  • Communicate irregularities, breaches or acts contrary to the principles of the Code of Ethics, other policies and rules applicable in the Group or to current legislation.
  • Raise queries/questions about the interpretation of the Code of Ethics.

Communications submitted through this System must always be made in good faith. False or malicious reports may give rise to the exercise of the civil and/or criminal actions that may be applicable in law, as well as the imposition of the corresponding sanctions.

OHLA Compliance Committee is the collegiate body that ensures the proper processing of the communications received which, in any case, will be subject to rigorous analysis and will be treated with the utmost reserve and confidentiality. It is also responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of the informant and any related third party, for guaranteeing that non-retaliation of any kind are taken against informants in good faith, as well as for ensuring respect for the presumption of innocence and the defence rights of the affected persons.
