SIGNIFICANT EVENT

In relation to the news published in the press today regarding a possible partial stake sale of its subsidiary Obrascón Huarte Lain, Desarrollos, S.L.U., the Company informs that has initiated a market research process to seek a possible financial partner. The process is in its initial phase and without currently having a firm decision to divest this asset.
