OHL, recognized worldwide as a supplier company of sustainable products and services

OHL has received recognition for its commitment to fight climate change by obtaining the maximum grade (A) in the CDP Supplier Climate A-List 2015. This index, which certifies supplier companies of sustainable products and services, has placed OHL amongst the world’s 71 leading companies with low-carbon emission business models, and includes the Group amongst the 2 % best valued global companies in climate change management matters.
In addition to this recognition, OHL also achieved the highest score (100A) in the CDP Climate Change 2015 program, including the Group in the CDP Climate A List 2015 and Climate Disclosure Leadership Index-CDLI. The first represents 5 % of the world’s companies with the highest score and performance in the fight against climate change. The second evidences the effort made towards disclosure in this field.
The OHL Group voluntarily and publicly participates in the CDP initiative since 2009. The Group belongs to the program through the CDP Iberia 125 Climate Change sample, which analyzes climate change strategies in the 125 largest listed companies in Spain and Portugal, appraising both Performance -based on climate change activities on a scale of E to A- and Disclosure- which analyzes the level of detail and understanding of the information reported, on a scale of 0 to 100.
CDP, an international non-profit organization offering the largest database in the world with climate change corporate information, has been in charge of drawing up this index according to its valuation of 7,800 suppliers in the industrial, energy, financial and technological sectors, amongst others.
