OHL engages the law firm, Business & Law, for taking immediate legal action against Mr. Correa

In view of the false statements made this morning by Francisco Correa during the trial proceedings of the so-called “Gürtel case”, and further to the statement issued a few hours ago,  OHL announces that it has decided to entrust the attorney, Carlos Domínguez of the firm Business & Law, with the commencement of immediate legal action against Mr. Correa, in defense of the good name and reputation of  the company, built through decades of work and, at all times, with absolute respect for the law.

*OHL also announces that it will file suit against Mr. Francisco Correa for slander, in view of the fact that OHL has neither paid illegal commissions nor has it had any relationship whatsoever with Mr. Francisco Correa.
