OHL Servicios has been awarded five contracts for home help services for 13.4 million euros

OHL Servicios, through its affiliate OHL Servicios-Ingesan, has been awarded five contracts for 13.4 million euros in Spain.

The A Coruña City Council has awarded OHL Servicios-Ingesan the management of the home help public service for over seven million euros for a period of two years.  Through this contract, the company will promote the employability of vulnerable groups.

The second award, in this same area, is in the municipality of Isla Cristina (Huelva). It has been awarded by its City Council for three million euros for the two years of the contract.

In País Vasco and Granada it sums up three projects for a global amount of 3,450,000 euro. The main one is in Santurce  for 2.6 million euros with a duration of two years.  The two remaining in Abanto-Zierbana and in the municipality of Huétor Vega (Granada).

Projects in Chile

In addition to the contacts in Spain, is a recent award in Chile for the maintenance of green areas and public spaces, pruning, weeding, beach cleaning and rainwater systems of the city of Coronel.

OHL Servicios-Ingesan entered the Chilean facilities management market in 2016.  During this time it has executed different projects such as the cleaning services in the  CRS Hospital Provincia Cordillera, in Santiago de Chile; work for the forested surface of the Chicuero and El Salto power substations, the latter being the largest in the country; the cleaning service for the Colina Municipal facilities; the maintenance and cleaning of the parking lot at the Comodoro Aurturo Merino Benítez International Airport in Santiago de Chile; and the cleaning service for the Forum Building, managed by CBRE, the leading real estate services company in the world.
