OHL awarded two street and beach cleaning projects in Huelva

The OHL Group has been awarded two street and beach cleaning projects in Isla Cristina and Cartaya, both in the province of Huelva (Spain), through its services division, OHL Servicios-Ingesan.
The contracts have been awarded for an overall amount of 11 million euros and will call for a workforce of more than 60 positions.
The first project, awarded in a joint venture, consists of the public street and beach cleaning service for the town of Isla Cristina in a twelve-kilometer area with an average width of 50 meters that extends through the urban areas of Isla Cristina up to Urbasur.
The second contract consists of the public street cleaning service for the town of Cartaya and the El Rompido and Nuevo Portil beaches, in a four-kilometer area with an average width of 30 meters.
OHL Servicios-Ingesan has recently been awarded contracts in the area of municipal services such as the maintenance, cleaning and improvement service for green zones and public parks and the replacement of plant species in Boadilla del Monte (Madrid), as well as the cleaning and maintenance service for green spaces, lakes, ornamental fountains, play areas and installations in the city of Granollers (Barcelona). Other contracts include the maintenance service for green zones and trees in several neighborhoods of Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid).
