Ingesan extends its portfolio with six new contracts

Ingesan, an OHL Group subsidiary involved facilities management, has achived six new contracts related to home assistance, cleaning of buildings, gardening and maintenance of public services, for approximately four million Euros.
Until July 2016, the company will continue to manage A Coruña’s Municipal Public Service for Home Assistance, benefiting 175 more persons in addition to the 616 users already enjoying the services provided by the Group’s subsidiary. Also in Galicia- in Ourense and Pontevedra-, of interest is the 36-month contract for cleaning and gardening services in residential and tertiary property, managed by the BBVA Department of Wealth, which also covers the Basque province of Biscay.
In the maintenance and cleaning sector this OHL Group subsidiary, in Madrid and over a one-year period, will be in charge of conservation and cleaning of the Carabanchel, Sur and Nuestra Señora de la Almudena cemeteries, to include two morgues and offices owned by Empresa Mixta de Servicios Funerarios de Madrid. In turn, the contract achieved in Barcelona covers cleaning and gardening services for tertiary and residential buildings over a 36-month period.
In addition to these four new projects there are a further two, in the province of Cádiz, to include cleaning and maintenance tasks for buildings managed by the Provincial Department of Cádiz, and cleaning of the Port Authority offices in Bahía de Cádiz and Zona Franca, over one and two years, respectively.
