Information injunction to OHL

Last Thursday 20^th April, the Civil Guard appeared in OHL´s headquarters in Madrid, regarding to the information injunction to OHL, in relation with the award of Móstoles-Navalcarnero concession (2007).

The maximum collaboration with the authorities has been offered by the company since the very beginning.

The company reiterates that:

• The whole process of bidding, awarding, and contracting of this project -as any other contract awarded- was carried out with full transparency, according to law and meeting good corporate governance standards, without any irregularity whatsoever.
• OHL has a zero tolerance policy to corruption.
• To date, OHL has never been convicted of corruption.
