OHL Medical Services awarded Occupational Risk Prevention Award by Sociedad Castellana de Medicina y Seguridad del Trabajo

OHL Medical Services, led by Dr. Maria Dolores Galán, have been recognized by Sociedad Castellana de Medicina y Seguridad del Trabajo (the Castilian Society of Occupational Medicine and Safety or SCMST for the Spanish initials), in the Company category, for “its work in the implementation and dissemination of the Occupational Risk Prevention”.
Carmelo Fernández, director of Corporate Human Resources, accepted the award on behalf of OHL in the closing ceremony of the Occupational Health and Risk Prevention Conference 2011, organized by the SCMST, an association founded in 1956 encompassing more than 3,000 occupational health and occupational risk prevention professionals.
The Conference was attended by prominent politicians such as Maria del Mar Alarcon, General Director of Labor and Director of the Regional Institute of Occupational Health and Safety of the Community of Madrid and Julio Sanchez, former vice president of the National Occupational Health and Safety Committee and former Undersecretary of Health and Consumption of Spain.
SCMST annually recognizes those individuals and entities that have excelled in the study, dissemination, integration of occupational health and safety in Spain.
