Denial of the registration of OHL´s offices and alleged payments by OHL to Partido Popular

In relation to the news items released in the media, regarding the order delivered by Judge Eloy Velasco (Spanish National Court) further to the “Púnica” Investigation, OHL hereby denies that any registration has been conducted in its head offices located in Madrid, floors 8 to 17 of the Torre Espacio building. Furthermore, it hereby declares that Javier López Madrid, member of the Board of Directors, is not part of the company’s management and holds no executive position whatsoever.

The Company also denies any alleged payment made to the political party Partido Popular.
