OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION NOTICE
In connection with the communication of other relevant information dated 15 April 2021 (with number 8677), the Company informs that since that date good progress has been made in relation to the satisfaction of the Restructuring Conditions, i.e. the conditions to be satisfied prior to commencing the Restructuring Steps. It is currently anticipated that the Restructuring Effective Date will occur on or around 25 June 2021.
Notice is hereby given that the Securities Crediting Confirmation Deadline is 5 p.m. (London time) on 17 June 2021.
Any Noteholder who has not yet validly completed and delivered an Account Holder Letter (including a Securities Confirmation Deed confirming Eligible Person status) to the Information Agent in accordance with the instructions contained in the Account Holder Letter is requested to do so as soon as possible and by no later than the Securities Crediting Confirmation Deadline, in order to receive their New Notes Entitlements and (if applicable) Lock-Up Fee Entitlement on or around the Restructuring Effective Date. If a Noteholder does not validly complete and deliver an Account Holder Letter(s) (including a Securities Confirmation Deed confirming Eligible Person status) by the Securities Crediting Confirmation Deadline, its New Notes Entitlements and (if applicable) Lock-Up Fee Entitlement shall be issued and delivered to the Holding Period Trustee, who shall hold such Unadmitted Entitlements on trust for the relevant Unadmitted Noteholders pursuant to the terms of the Holding Period Trust Deed.
