In 2004, OHLA was awarded the contract for the new offices of the Public Prosecutor’s Office and Public Defender’s Office, Guarantee Courts and Criminal Trial Courts in the city of Santiago de Chile.
It has a surface area of 117,000 m2, including a 12,000 m2 parking lot with 250 parking spaces.
The concessionaire provides non-judicial services (maintenance, cleaning, etc.) and commercial operations (parking, cafeteria, etc.).
The project’s revenues are derived from availability payments made by the Ministry of Public Works (MOP).
