Pursuant to the provisions of article 227 of Law 6/2023, of 17 March, of the Spanish Securities Markets and Investment Services, Obrascón Huarte Laín, S.A. (“OHLA” or the “Company”) hereby announces and makes public the following:

OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION

In connection with the information disclosed to the market by means of the inside information notice dated 10 January 2025 (with registration number 2294), the Company hereby informs that it has received irrevocable subscription commitments from employees of OHLA and its group companies in eleven countries (the “OHLA Group Employees”) which significantly exceed the number of preemptive subscription rights that they have transferred in their favor by Elías Corp, S.L.U., Key Wolf, S.L.U., Prestige Inversiones SIL, S.A. and Coenersol, S.L. to enable the existence of an employee tranche in the capital increase.

The irrevocable subscription commitments received from the employees of the OHLA Group represent the exercise of 32,625,000 pre-emptive subscription rights assigned in their favor, which will result in the subscription of 3,000,000 euros in the Capital Increase with Preferential Subscription Rights.
