CHEPRO, Safest Contractor Award 2011

CHEPRO, a subsidiary of OHL Industrial, specializing in fire protection for industrial facilities, has been awarded the Safest Contractor 2011 Award at Sabic Innovative Plastics plant in Cartagena based on the Security, Environment and Occupational Safety Program.

This is CHEPRO’s second consecutive recognition by Sabic Innovative Plastics, a leading global provider of thermoplastic materials, after the Cartagena plant received the same award in the first quarter of 2011. CHEPRO has held the contract for the maintenance of the plant’s fire protection facilities since 2006.

Chemtrol Proyectos y Sistemas (CHEPRO) is engaged in the provision of fire protection for large industrial plants and, in particular, the execution of turnkey projects, marketing flame retardant textiles resistant to high temperatures and removable insulation, among other things, as part of the company’s commitment to the field of security, environmental protection and occupational safety in their workplaces.
