October 28, 2016

OHL has been recognized for its commitment to the labor market integration of people at risk or in a situation of social exclusion through a Fundación Integra Special Mention, granted by this institution. The awards ceremony was held on the 27th of October, in Madrid, and was presided over by Ana Botella, president of Fundación Integra.

OHL was represented by José Antonio de Cachavera, general manager of OHL Servicios; Cristina Encinas, Human Resources manager of OHL Servicios-Ingesan; Manuel García Cabero, HR coordinator of the central delegation in OHL Servicios-Ingesan, entrusted with accepting the award, and María Ruspoli, Head of the Community Involvement, Sponsorship and Patronage Service of the OHL Group.

Since 2002, OHL has had a collaboration agreement with Fundación Integra, where it is a member of the Foundation’s board of trustees. Over the years, the Group has supported a range of initiatives promoted by the institution and has set in motion a specific plan for the labor market integration of groups with disabilities or at risk of exclusion. The main groups benefited include victims of gender violence, people with disabilities, women victims of prostitution, ex-convicts, victims of drugs, people over 45 and over 60 and members of the Roma ethnic group, among others.

OHL sums up nearly 15 years working to achieve the labor market integration of groups at risk of social exclusion, in an effort that has translated into the conclusion of close to 600 employment contracts, primarily through its subsidiary OHL Servicios-Ingesan, specialized in facilities management.
