Ingesan, in the Top 10 of the best companies to work for in Chile

Ingesan, the leading subsidiary of OHLA’s Services activity, has been recognized as one of the ten best companies to work for in Chile. This is indicated by the results of the Best WorkPlaces 2023 ranking conducted by Computrabajo, one of the main employment portals in Latin America.
Specifically, Ingesan is ranked as the sixth best company to work for in Chile and the first in the Human Resources category. To prepare this ranking, more than 10,000 companies and more than 527,000 user comments were considered, and elements such as the work environment, career opportunities, salaries and benefits, as well as the leadership exercised by the CEO were evaluated.
The award recognizes the work done by the company, especially by the Human Resources team, to build workplaces that promote the development of the workforce. It also highlights Ingesan’s commitment to recognize and nurture talent, creating an effective and inclusive management culture that focuses on people and their well-being.
Presence in Chile
Ingesan, present in Chile since 2016, develops outstanding projects in the country among which are the street cleaning services in Talca and Concepción, the maintenance of green areas in Coronel and San Javier, the maintenance of infrastructures and electricity in all the headquarters of Clínica Las Condes and the integral maintenance of public buildings, both in Santiago de Chile.
