INSIDE INFORMATION NOTICE

Fitch Ratings has today upgraded OHLA Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) to “CCC+” from “RD” (i.e. Restricted Default).

This rating upgrade follows the analysis carried out by Fitch Ratings, reassigning a new rating to OHLA after the debt restructuring and capital increases carried out.

It is worth mentioning that, due commercial reasons, the contract with Fitch Ratings has been canceled.
