INSIDE INFORMATION

The Company informs that today has signed a contract for the sale of shares and assignment of receivables in relation to the sale of the following stakes to a fund managed by DIF Capital Partners: (i) 33.34% of the share capital of Nuevo Hospital de Toledo S.A. and (ii) 100% of the share capital of Mantohledo S.A.U. (“the Transaction”). The initial sale price of the Transaction has been set at seventy-six million one hundred thirty thousand euros (€76,130,000.00), a price that will be increased by a variable amount of interest that will be calculated based on the closing date and the settlement of the transaction. The closing of the transaction is subject to certain customary conditions to this type of deals.
