Moody’s credit rating agency has announced today the downgrade of the corporate family rating (CFR) and the senior secure notes issued by OHL Operaciones S.A.U. to Caa1 with a negative outlook from B3 with a stable outlook.

We understand that this decision taken by the rating agency must have been adopted by its committee prior to the announcements published this morning by Obrascón Huarte Lain, S.A. (Inside Information of June 28, 2024), announcing the reception by OHLA of two non-binding offers.
