March 11, 2015
The websites of OHL Group and its divisions- OHL Concessions, OHL Construction, OHL Industrial, OHL Services and OHL Developments- have been certified according to standard UNE 139803:2004, level AA, granted by the Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification (AENOR), distinguishing them as Accessible Websites to the differently-abled users and with varying levels of dependence.
The award ceremony, held on 11 March at Torre Espacio, the OHL Group’s head office in Madrid, was attended by Juan-Miguel Villar Mir, Chairman of the Group; Luis García-Linares, Corporate General Director; José Manuel Garrido, Organization and General Services Manager; and Mar Santos, Communication Service Manager, along with her team. The diploma was awarded by Avelino Brito and Manuel Romero, Chief Executive Officer and Commercial Director of Certification of AENOR, respectively.
The design and development of the new OHL website, published in July 2014, have been coordinated by the General Direction of Organization and Systems and the Corporate General Direction. As a result, there has been an increase in the number of visits by almost three between August 2014 and February 2015 (from 30,350 to 109,569), compared with the same period of the previous year.
