OHL Industrial incorporates two new lines of business and reinforces its fire-fighting department by purchasing the CSC Group

OHL Industrial, a division of the OHL Group consisting of Ecolaire España, OHL Industrial Power, Sthim Maquinaria, Atmos Española and Chepro, specializing in the turnkey construction of large industrial plants- engineering, purchases and construction- has purchased the CSC Group through its CHEMTROL Proyectos y Sistemas (CHEPRO) subsidiary, with over 20 years’ experience in engineering and implementation of special facilities.

With this purchase, OHL Industrial is strengthening its positioning in the fire-fighting sector and incorporates two new lines of business: security and communications in the construction and industrial field. For security, Chepro contributes anti-burglary systems, closed TV circuits and access control systems. In turn, as regards communications, it incorporates structured wiring and optic fiber, IP communications and WIFI, and loudspeakers and interphone systems.

The CSC Group, with representative offices in Madrid and Catalonia, has executed facilities in emblematic buildings such as Edificio Corporativo Torre Mapfre, Torre Agbar or the Centro de Convenciones Internacional all in Barcelona, in which it also handles maintenance of the systems installed.
