OHL is awarded contracts for a total of 80 million through its facilities management division

The OHL Group, through its specialized facilities management division, OHL Servicios-Ingesan, has been awarded contracts for a total of nearly 80 million euros, distributed between Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, Seville and Alicante.

In Madrid, of interest is the combined supply and works contract for the efficient management of primary energy sources at Hospital Universitario de la Princesa, Centro de Especialidades Hermanos García Noblejas and Centro de Salud Mental Chamartín, for more than 40 million euros and a 180-month term. In addition to this concession, cleaning services have been awarded for the facilities of Instituto Nacional de las Artes Escénicas, for approximately four million euros; and a maintenance contract for all the Congress of Deputies buildings, covering the management of the air conditioning and heating system, wastewater, fire-extinguishing water, smoke extraction, fuel deposits and consumables.

In Barcelona, OHL Group’s subsidiary has achieved a cleaning contract for the Metro network and stations, facilities and contracting unit trains in lines 1, 4, 5, 9 and 11, for nearly 10 million euros and a 24-month term, and cleaning services for the Transports de Barcelona bus network, for more than two million euros and a 60-month execution term.

In Alicante, Aena has awarded to OHL Servicios-Ingesan the cleaning services of the city’s airport, for a 36-month term and an approximate budget of seven million euros; in Andalusia, it has also been awarded, by this same client, the cleaning services of the Málaga-Costa del Sol airport, totaling more than 14 million euros, for a 36-month term. In addition to this contract is the comprehensive maintenance of facilities at the Santa Justa railway station, close to 360,000 euros, executed over a 24-month term.
