OHL joins Forética’s Disclosure, Good Governance and Integrity Cluster

OHL has joined the Disclosure, Good Governance and Integrity Cluster arranged by Forética, an association of corporate social responsibility and sustainability companies and professionals, with a leading position in Spain and Latin America. This initiative was born with the aim of promoting an exchange of knowledge between companies on the matter. The first event scheduled for 2016 took place last 14 June, establishing the grounds on which to progress over the next few months to analyze the implications for companies of the change made to the European Non-Financial Reporting Directive and the new Good Governance Code of the Spanish Securities Market Commission (CNMV). 

OHL has joined the cluster along with another 32 companies, to include IBEX 35 listed companies, multinationals and family-owned companies belonging to the finance, insurance, construction & energy sectors. OHL’s adhesion to this group has consolidated the company’s commitment to integrity, disclosure and Good Governance. 

The companies belonging to this initiative meet the following requirements, to name a few: an established reporting or Good Governance infrastructure, or crime prevention system; publication, at least once a year, of information on disclosure, Good Governance and integrity; appointment of an executive interlocutor in sustainability or compliance matters, or investor relations.
