Obra Social “la Caixa” has singled out OHL Servicios-Ingesan, head company of the OHL Servicios division, at the ceremony Recognitions after 10 Years of the “la Caixa” Incorpora Program, for its contribution to the labor market integration of people with disabilities or at risk of exclusion.
The ceremony was held on the 28th of February at the CaixaForum Madrid Auditorium and was attended by Jaume Giró, General Manager of Fundación Bancaria “la Caixa”, among others. Cristina Encinas, Human Resources Manager, and Manuel García Cabero, HR Coordinator of the Central Region delegation, accepted the award on behalf of OHL Servicios-Ingesan.
Recognitions after 10 Years of the “la Caixa” Incorpora Program granted awards to the best actions by the business sector in the scope of the employment of people in a situation of social exclusion or at risk of social exclusion during the decade-long life of the program. OHL Servicios-Ingesan, as a collaborating entity in that initiative, received an award in the category of the Company excelling for its high number of labor market integration successes in the course of these ten years.
This recognition is additional to the Incorpora Award 2013, granted by Obra Social “la Caixa” in the Medium-Sized Company category, for its contribution to the labor market integration of disadvantaged people.
OHL sums up nearly 15 years working to achieve the labor market integration of groups in a situation or at risk of social exclusion. This effort has translated into the conclusion of close to 600 employment contracts, primarily through OHL Servicios-Ingesan, head company of the OHL Servicios division, specialized in services to people and infrastructures.
