June 13, 2022

OHLA has adapted its innovation management system to its latest organizational changes and to the requirements of the new version of the UNE 166002 standard on R&D&I management, published in 2021. With this adaptation, the company has achieved certification under the ISO 56002 international standard, which specializes in innovation management and was recently published.

Six OHLA Group companies currently have an innovation management system certified in accordance with these standards: Ingesan, Elsan, SATO, G&O and the parent company itself and its Industrial business line.

These awards demonstrate the company’s capacity to innovate systematically, through the development and application of innovative solutions focused on efficiency, process improvement and the creation of new products and services that generate value for all its stakeholders.

The update of its innovation management system, which has led to these awards, is aligned with the company’s strategy and includes new agile and open innovation methodologies that were already being used in the company.
