OHLA is expanding its portfolio of building projects with a new initiative promoted by the Madrid City Council for more than 9.5 million euros (including VAT). This is a multifunctional building with a surface area of 5,551.62 m2, distributed over five floors above ground level around a central courtyard, and a sixth underground level that will occupy one hundred percent of the plot. The project is part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan financed by the European Union-NextGenerationEU and will be located at Calle Francisco Remiro 21, in Madrid (Spain).

The building will have a kindergarten with a multi-purpose room, kitchen, teachers’ room, as well as the necessary storage rooms, toilets, staff changing rooms and facilities. It will also have a central courtyard around which the floors of the building will be arranged. It will also have a day center and a senior center. The first of these will have workshops, rehabilitation and gymnasium rooms, a nursing room and kitchen, as well as the necessary storage spaces, toilets and changing rooms, among others. The senior center will have spaces for workshops, multipurpose rooms, gymnasiums and an assembly hall, among others.
