The infrastructure will include emergency and staff parking, a maneuvering yard, general services, pharmacy, laboratory and physical therapy, diagnostic imaging, boxes, a multipurpose room, CT and MRI area. In addition, there will be a consultation area, surgical area, maternity and infant area, medical area, ICU, Post Anesthesia Recovery Unit (P.A.R.U.), Outpatient Surgery Unit (O.S.U.), boxes, storage rooms, and an inpatient area.
In terms of accessibility, the main lobby will be located in the center of the building and will collect the main pedestrian flow from the different access points to the plot. The building has an accessible itinerary that connects the main entrance with the public street and the external common areas such as gardens and pedestrian areas.

The building has sustainability and innovation criteria in its design and construction. Its characteristics make it possible to achieve a rational use of the energy necessary for the use of the building, achieving sustainable consumption and the use of renewable energy sources.
