INSIDE INFORMATION NOTICE

In line with the Inside Information announced last October 19th 2021, regarding the sale of a minority stake in the concession company CENTRO HOSPITALARIO UNIVERSITARIO DE MONTREAL (CHUM), the Company informs that after one full year has elapsed without the fulfillment of the suspensive conditions to which its effectiveness was subject, both parties have declared its willingness to terminate the process, leaving the purchase agreement resolved and without effect.
