Over 80 personas participated in an inclusion day organized by OHL

Over 80 persons have participated in Fontiveros (Ávila) in an inclusion day organized by OHL, through OHL Volunteers, OHL Servicios-Ingesan and in collaboration with Fundación Adecco.

The activity took place at the Residencia San Juan de la Cruz, managed by OHL Servicios-Ingesan, and consisted of a workshop for planting flowers and decoration.  The participants were senior citizens and member of the Fundación INTRAS, a non-profit entity that helps persons with disabilities caused by a grave mental illness recuperate their life project.

This initiative is aimed at promoting the employability of persons with different capacities; as well as stimulating their personal autonomy, capabilities and knowledge.

Among the participants was Maria Paz Membibre, person in charge of the social area of OHL Servicios-Ingesan, who commented that this workshop “carried out in one of the homes that we presently manage, is encompassed in the solidary activity and corporate volunteering that we perform at OHL to place our grain of sand in social actions in an altruistic manner”.
