Al-Mafraq And Empire Solar Power Plants

  • 133.4 installed power capacity
  • 196,000 t/year of CO2 avoided
  • 410,400 monocrystalline photovoltaic modules - 325W

Project description

Design, construction, commissioning and operation of Al-Mafraq and Empire Solar Power Plants, in Jordan. The projects have a nominal connection power to the NEPCO’s (National Electric Power Company) grid of 100MW (50 MW corresponding to each plant).

Benefits to the community

An expected estimated generation output of 275 GWh/year, wich will cover the electricity needs of approximately 93,000 homes, avoiding approximately 196,000 tons per year of CO2 emissions.
