OHLA is actively committed to diversity and equal opportunities. This is why one of the objectives of the Equality Plan in Spain is training and information in the matter for employees. In order to achieve its objective, over 2018 and 2019 a mandatory course was launched in Spain, initially in the Services division, completed by 95% of the staff and later by the rest of the Group (74.3%).
In addition, OHLA is taking other steps seeking to promote gender equality, such as its adhesion to the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.
In turn, OHLA’s Equality Committee ensures the absence of any type of direct or indirect discrimination on the grounds of sex. Furthermore, OHL has a prevention and action protocol in place for all types of harassment, whether sexual, gender-based and/or mobbing.
