In 2011, OHLA, as part of a consortium, was awarded the largest healthcare infrastructure project in North America and the largest public-private healthcare collaboration project in Canada’s history.
The project has a total area of 333,000 m2, 772 beds and a concession period of 39 years.
The project’s revenues are derived from availability payments made by the Centre Hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal.
