Significant Event. The collective layoff proceeding

OBRASCÓN HUARTE LAIN, S.A. (“OHL” or the “Company”), in compliance with the provisions of article 228 of the Refunded Text of the Securities Market Law approved by Royal Decree Law 4/2015, of 23rd October informs the National Securities Market Commission (“CNMV”) of the following:

RELEVANT FACT

The Company reports on the collective layoff proceeding started last month of April, which scope is limited to OHL overhead employees in Spain, that after the negotiations conducted by the employees´ representatives, an agreement was reached which is pending ratification by the Meeting of Workers of the Company.

During this restructuring process, it´s been determined that 140 work positions will be cancelled, in the context of the measures approved by the Company to adjust its organizational model to its new business reality.
