The Board of Directors of OHLA appoints Mr. Luis and Mr. Mauricio Amodio as Executive President and First Executive Vice-president

The Board of Directors of OHLA has appointed, at its meeting today, Mr. Luis and Mr. Mauricio Amodio Executive President and Vice President of the company. Both Mr. Luis and Mr. Mauricio Amodio accumulate a very relevant trajectory in the infrastructure sector that translates into almost five decades of experience.
Likewise, the Board of Directors has accepted the resignation, for personal reasons, presented today by Mr. José Antonio Fernández Gallar from his position as executive director. This resignation shall become effective after the conclusion of the General Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company.
At the same meeting, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Francisco García, an independent director of the company, as Second Vice-president and Coordinating Director.
Finally, it was also agreed to appoint Mr. Tomás Ruiz as Managing Director, a position from which he will cover the day-to-day management of the company.
Transformation process
The company, in this new stage, will complete its transformation process by continuing the established roadmap. The focus will be on improving the operating margins of the projects with the aim of boosting the Group’s profitability. In addition, it will continue to reduce debt as part of the divestment plan and the rotation of non-strategic assets already announced to the market.
