The concession of Santiago Justice Center receives the COVID-19 Seal awarded by the Chilean Security Association

The Santiago de Chile Justice Center Concession has been recognized by the Chilean Safety Association (ACHS) with the COVID-19 Seal, after verifying compliance with the requirements and standards for the prevention of the spread of the disease.

Obtaining this seal endorses the commitment to the promotion and protection of workers’ health in this administrative complex, with 120,700 m² of surface area, being one of the largest in South America.

During the year 2020, the organization had to adjust its operation to the requirements by the health authority of the Chilean Government, maintaining the fulfillment of the contract and the operation of the center without interruption.

Sociedad Concesionaria Centro de Justicia de Santiago S.A., a subsidiary of OHL S. A. Agencia en Chile, has been the organization in charge of the financing, construction, operation and maintenance of this project since it was awarded in 2004 until December 30, 2025.

The Chile Justice Center, built by OHL, consists of nine buildings for the Judiciary, the Public Defender’s Office and the Prosecutor’s Office, in which around 380 professionals provide maintenance, cleaning, security, general information and parking services every day.
