His Majesty King Juan Carlos grants title of Marquess of Villar Mir to Juan-Miguel Villar Mir

His Majesty King Juan Carlos has granted the title Marquess of Villar Mir to Juan-Miguel Villar Mir “for his out-standing and extensive trajectory of service to Spain and the Crown”, according to the Official State Bulletin (BOE) on 4th February.
The president of the Villar Mir Group possesses numerous decorations, among which include the Grand Crosses of Civil Merit, of Military Merit and of the Royal and Very Distinguished Order of Charles III of Spain. In September, 2010 he received the insignias of Chevalier of the Legion of Honour, the highest decoration awarded in France for his out-standing work in strengthening the ties and commercial relations between France and Spain.
