Ingesan, head subsidiary of OHLA’s Services line, has signed an agreement with the Iron and Steel Workers Foundation (FTSI, by its Spanish acronym) for the labor insertion of unemployed and/or vulnerable people in Asturias, being the first time that Ingesan collaborates with this foundation. The agreement will benefit a number of people who will perform a variety of home care and interior cleaning services.

The agreement extends to the creation of a volunteer program that will include two training programs, both aimed at the young beneficiaries of the collaboration. The first will focus on job search and the second on occupational risk prevention in vocational training institutes to explain the importance of safety at work.

Labor market insertion as the axis of sustainable job creation

Ingesan has been committed to the creation of equal opportunity employment for more than 15 years, with more than 800 hirings in collaboration with foundations such as La Caixa Foundation, Red Cross, Integra Foundation, Adecco Foundation or Intermedia Foundation. In addition, it has participated in the employment programs Làbora, Barcelona Activa and Valencia Inserta.
