Ingesan presents the Vera virtual social center to Canadian companies

Ingesan, the leading subsidiary of OHLA’s Services division, presented the Vera virtual social center in Barcelona to a Canadian delegation of companies participating in the Smart Cities Expo World Congress 2022 (SCEWC 2022). Vera is a digital platform of care services implemented within the framework of the housing project with services for elderly and dependent people in Torre Júlia, Barcelona.
Ingesan has announced the collaboration project with Aerial, a Canadian technology company based in Montreal (Quebec), a patented solution for motion detection based on artificial intelligence unique in the market, for the development and evolution of new features for integration into VERA.
The result is an innovative solution for virtual social care that allows a personalized and detailed monitoring completely respectful of the users, which strengthens the decisions of professionals and caregivers, and rationalizes the use of resources by public administrations.

The Torre Júlia contract, one of the six residential environments integrally managed by Ingesan within the rental housing contract with services of the Municipal Institute of Housing and Rehabilitation (IMHAB), offers adapted and safe housing, integrated into the community and with concierge services, telecare, cleaning support and personal support provided by Ingesan.
