OHLA renews its certifications for its Anti-Bribery management systems (ISO 37001:2016) and Management system for criminal compliance (UNE 19601:2017), after successfully passing the audit conducted in 2022 by Bureau Veritas, a world leader in inspection and certification services.

In line with its track record in favor of a business model based on transparency and good governance, the renewal of these certifications, which OHLA has held since 2019, highlights the value of the measures implemented by OHLA in anti-bribery matters to prevent, detect and combat corruption-related practices.

OHLA thanks all the people who have made it possible to obtain the renewal of these certifications for their effort and dedication.

During the certificate presentation ceremony at OHLA’s offices in Madrid, Pedro González, Director of Corporate Governance Certification at Bureau Veritas, highlighted “the importance of implementing criminal and anti-bribery compliance management systems as a preventive tool within organizations. With these certifications, OHLA confirms its commitment to regulatory compliance and criminal risk prevention within the company”.

Ignacio Cubillo, OHLA’s Chief Compliance Officer, emphasizes that “the company will continue to work to reinforce its commitment to an ethical and legally compliant culture, with the firm objective of achieving the best standards in compliance and business ethics”.
