Specialized in facilities management, Ingesan is our main subsidiary, Ingesan.

Support for social integration through employability

Our activity is carried out, mainly, in the sectors of cleaning, maintenance and energy efficiency of buildings, on-site assistance to people and urban services, in accordance with criteria of environmental sustainability and energy efficiency. Similarly, we are committed to equality through a hiring policy that facilitates labor insertion and full social integration of vulnerable groups.

Our commitment

Our commitment to equality, sustainability and adherence to different initiatives promoted by the UN, within the framework of the 2030 agenda, marks all of our activities and have translated into the following objectives:

Support for the labor insertion of disadvantaged groups through the more than 600 hirings
Commitment to a society free of gender violence by joining the Network of Companies for a Society Free of Gender Violence, promoted by the Ministry of Health, Consumption and Social Welfare
Compliance with the United Nations Global Compact on Corporate Social Responsibility: implementation of its Ten Principles based on human, labor, environmental and anti-corruption rights

Ingesan obtained the Family-Responsible Company (FRC) certification in the first half of 2020, granted by Fundación Másfamilia. This is the seal of quality that recognizes companies with a management system in place that allows the balance between work and personal life, a system based on respect, commitment and flexibility.

Award for participating in the JOBS 2030-Future of Work program presented by Forética in 2021 for the “OHLA Services Digital Transformation Plan”.
Recognition from the Integra Foundation awarded by the Foundation’s president, Ana Botella, in 2021 for exceeding 700 hirings of vulnerable groups.
