Support for social integration through employability
Our activity is carried out, mainly, in the sectors of cleaning, maintenance and energy efficiency of buildings, on-site assistance to people and urban services, in accordance with criteria of environmental sustainability and energy efficiency. Similarly, we are committed to equality through a hiring policy that facilitates labor insertion and full social integration of vulnerable groups.
Our commitment
Our commitment to equality, sustainability and adherence to different initiatives promoted by the UN, within the framework of the 2030 agenda, marks all of our activities and have translated into the following objectives:
- Support for the labor insertion of disadvantaged groups through the more than 600 hirings
- Commitment to a society free of gender violence by joining the Network of Companies for a Society Free of Gender Violence, promoted by the Ministry of Health, Consumption and Social Welfare
- Compliance with the United Nations Global Compact on Corporate Social Responsibility: implementation of its Ten Principles based on human, labor, environmental and anti-corruption rights
Ingesan obtained the Family-Responsible Company (FRC) certification in the first half of 2020, granted by Fundación Másfamilia. This is the seal of quality that recognizes companies with a management system in place that allows the balance between work and personal life, a system based on respect, commitment and flexibility.
- Award “T de Trans” granted by the Marbella City Council in 2021 for the inclusion of the trans community in the labor market.
- Award for participating in the JOBS 2030-Future of Work program presented by Forética in 2021 for the “OHLA Services Digital Transformation Plan”.
- Recognition from the Integra Foundation awarded by the Foundation’s president, Ana Botella, in 2021 for exceeding 700 hirings of vulnerable groups.
- Recognition “Companies that make a difference” from the Spanish Red Cross (Granada) in 2021 for active collaboration with the organization.
- Awards and Recognition from the Spanish Red Cross (Levante, Seville and Huelva) in 2018, 2020 and 2021 for its commitment to the labor insertion of people at risk of exclusion.
- Sello Làbora awarded by the city of Barcelona in 2020 and 2021 in recognition of the commitment to the insertion of vulnerable groups in the labor market.
- Recognition of the Benidorm City Council in 2020 for the cleanup work during the period of confinement of the State of Alarm.
- Recognition of the Region of Murcia awarded by the President of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia in 2019 for the company’s commitment and willingness to build a society free of gender violence.
- Alianzas Awards granted by the Spanish Red Cross (Murcia) in 2018 for the labor inclusion of vulnerable groups.
- 2018 Volunteer Award, granted by the Integra Foundation in recognition of the work in favor of the social inclusion of vulnerable groups.
- Social Commitment Award 2017 granted by Fundación Konecta, for its work in favor of the labor integration of groups at risk or in a situation of exclusion.
- Recognition from the Integra Foundation in 2016 and 2017 for collaboration in the labor insertion of vulnerable groups of its foundation.
- Stela Awards 2015, 2016 and 2017, granted by Fundación Down Madrid for its work in favor of the labor insertion of people with intellectual disabilities.

- ISO 9001: Standard on quality management systems with international recognition.
- ISO 14001: International standard for environmental management systems, aimed at identifying, prioritizing and managing environmental risks.
- ISO 45000. Standard for occupational safety and health management systems, which integrates preventive activities in the economic activity of companies.
- ISO 50001: International standard on Energy Efficiency Management that certifies the existence of an optimized system for the correct use of energy in an organization.
- UNE 158301: Certificate on the home help management system that establishes assistance services to improve the quality of life of people in situations of dependency
- EMAS registration: Voluntary regulations of the European Union that recognize those organizations that have implemented an environmental management system and have acquired a commitment to continuous improvement, verified through independent audits
- UNE 216701: Classification of Energy Service Providers.
- SA 8000: International standard for Corporate Social Responsibility based on the conventions of the International Labor Organization (ILO), the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
- UNE 1176-7: Certification on Playground Equipment and Areas. Part 7: Guidance on installation, inspection, maintenance and operation.
- UNE 166:002:2014 (nº ES14/15462). Standard on Research, Development and Innovation applied to digitalization, technology, techniques and systems for processes, equipment, methodology and management applied and developed in urban services, maintenance, energy services, cleaning, social and health care and works, both in buildings and on public roads.
